Build of a single storey extension spanning the full width of the rear of the property. In addition, we will be completing a full refurbishment which includes
- Redesign kitchen to create open plan living space
- Remove wall between bathroom and WC to create large bathroom
- Replacement of all windows
- Full rewire and new central heating system
- Redecoration and new flooring throughout
The project is progressing well with all external and structural work complete along with rewire and new central heating system.
